Australia I truly a beautiful and varied country and can offer some amazing backdrops for your Wedding Ceremony.
We have Sun, Sea, Sand, Snow, Mountains, Valleys and so much more.
If this is your chosen place I would be happy to help you with your Australian Wedding Plans:
Simply contact me and arrange to make an appointment, we can email, phone or Skype, whichever suits you.
Marriage, according to Law in Australia is the union of two people.
You will need to fulfil the legal requirements before you can marry here in Australia. Including, being at least 18 years of age, not being Married to, or in a Registered Relationship with, anyone else.
You need to complete a ‘Notice of Intended Marriage’ at least one month before your Marriage can take place. You do not need to be in Australia to do this as there are authorised persons in many countries around the World who can witness you sign this document.
You will need to provide me with original documents either in English or with an authorised English translation.
You need to be able to understand English and say your vows in English or provide an Authorised Translator for your Marriage Ceremony.
You do not need to be an Australian Resident to marry in Australia. Marrying in Australia does not give you the right to remain, live or work in Australia. If you wish to live or remain in Australia you need to contact a Migration Lawyer. I can not give you any Migration advise.
For more details, please contact me - I look forward to hearing from you.
